Job Summary
Export Sales Manager to develop distributor and partner networks across Eastern Europe and North Asia, drive business growth, and manage projects in the building materials sector. Lead relationship-building with distributors and key stakeholders, support local sales and marketing teams on façade and construction solutions, coordinate with internal teams on lead management and project follow-up, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM pipelines. Conduct regular partner reviews, collaborate with technical, logistics, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time project delivery, and report to senior commercial leadership while traveling roughly 20–40% of the time.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, economics, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within construction materials, technical products, or design-oriented industries
- Experience with façade systems is advantageous; willingness to learn technical aspects
- Strong English communication skills; additional languages such as Russian, Turkish, or Serbian would be beneficial
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
- Independent, proactive, results-oriented personality with the ability to manage priorities
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating across international teams
- Resilient and adaptable mindset with a strong commercial drive
