Job Summary
Manage complex export processes by accepting orders, verifying equipment against cargo, and completing full order processing including equipment booking. Generate necessary documentation for container loading, monitor critical deadlines such as Ladeschluss and VGM, and handle customs paperwork while ensuring compliance with IMDG regulations. Oversee inventory levels, coordinate with clients and service providers, and prepare final accounting and archival of all transactions. This role supports a customer from Hamburg's port through direct placement, requiring a structured approach to international logistics and customs documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, im Bereich Spedition, Logistik, Groß- und Außenhandel oder vergleichbar
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Export, in der Logistik oder der Seefrachtabwicklung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie ERP- oder Speditionssoftware
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsgeschick und hohe Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Kommunikation mit Kunden und Dienstleistern
Desired Qualifications
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll- und Versanddokumentation wünschenswert
