Job Summary
Execute shipments between North America and partners in assigned regions while monitoring IMOs for accuracy and tracking spreadsheets for delays. Back up export processors and logistics personnel as needed, managing and communicating shipments, errors, and date management. Develop and administer necessary documentation to facilitate shipping and customs clearance globally. Collaborate with forwarders, brokers, carriers, warehouses, and service providers to meet international customer requirements. Work with planning, manufacturing, and commercial teams to solve problems, provide guidance to overseas colleagues, and optimize diverse talent.
Required Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and TMS platforms
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Hands on experience using SAP in a global enterprise
