Job Summary
Own the post sales export lifecycle, managing product merchandising, development, production follow-through, and shipment execution for major retailers across North America and Europe. Lead planning with granular execution, cross-functional alignment, and exception management while handling third-party audits and ensuring retailer-specific compliance protocols are met. Develop and enforce meticulous Time & Action calendars for proactive milestone tracking, monitor P&L for cost control, and oversee packaging, labelling, and logistics documentation in line with buyer standards. Maintain strong customer relationships with international retail clients for post-sales liaison. 15+ years of experience required with a focus on exports to big-box retailers like Walmart, IKEA, and Target.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in export operations, merchandising, and buyer coordination
- Strong experience handling exports to big-box retailers like Walmart, IKEA, Target, Lowe's, Asda, etc.
- Proven track record in TNA planning, execution discipline, and cross-functional coordination
- In-depth knowledge of compliance frameworks, third-party audits, and buyer documentation
- Hands-on approach with a bias for detail, accountability, and timeline ownership
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in cookware, kitchenware, textiles, or general merchandise exports
- Familiarity with retailer compliance systems (e.g., Walmart Retail Link, Target SPM)
- Degree in International Business, Supply Chain operations or related field
