Job Summary
Export Documentation Officer responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing export documents, invoices, and manifests in line with regulatory requirements; liaising with processing plants, freight companies, cold storage facilities, and overseas brokers to coordinate cargo movements; monitoring freight progress and ensuring compliance with international import/export regulations; leveraging multi-currency invoicing (USD & AUD) and coordinating with internal teams and international partners to support efficient, accurate shipment processes.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in export documentation
- Freight forwarding
- Logistics experience
- Applicable industry certifications or qualifications
- Strong knowledge of international trade documentation and customs/export compliance requirements
