Job Summary
The Export Control Manager at GKN Aerospace is responsible for implementing the Export Control Policy and Compliance Programme within engineering and technology processes. Required Qualifications
- Experience in leading a team, particularly in organisations operating matrix structures
- Specialist knowledge of Export Control Regulations and Sanctions
- Experience in the classification of goods, software and technology in multiple Export Control regimes
- Expert analytical skills and demonstrates risk and compliance awareness
- Ability to lead and influence others in developing an export control compliance programme
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to build effective relationships and establish trust
- Understanding business priorities and context
