Job Summary
Take ownership of export contracts from creation through shipment and invoicing; input, maintain, and amend export contracts and related documentation based on trader instructions; validate data for completeness and alignment with standard terms; ensure audit-ready records; collaborate with trading, legal, and execution teams; maintain contract templates and clause library; review load orders for alignment to contract terms; enter shipment-related data and invoices into GEM; support process improvements and standardization; 2 years’ related experience in contract administration or export operations; knowledge of GAFTA/NAEGA/FOSFA preferred; strong MS Office skills; able to work extended hours and on-call rotation; sedentary with some travel 5%.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years' related experience in contract administration, trade support, or export operations (including International export contract management)
- Knowledge of GAFTA, NAEGA, FOSFA (preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong data analysis and process improvement capabilities
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work extended hours, weekends, and on-call rotation
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Discretion and confidentiality
