Job Summary
Execute EAF transactions across MENA and APAC regions, managing the deal lifecycle from execution through portfolio transition. Support senior professionals in structuring negotiations, documentation execution, and post-signing restructuring while ensuring adherence to internal operating procedures. Review Agency guarantees and insurance policies against regulatory requirements and contribute to internal and external thought leadership content. Leverage internal networks with Global Trade & Working Capital, Corporate & Investment Bank, and Commercial Bank partners to drive deal management. Act as a go-to person for specific deal aspects, developing leadership skills and familiarity with environmental, social, and governance considerations in international finance.
Required Qualifications
- Legal qualification
- Relevant level of post qualification experience working in private practice or in house loans legal / export and agency finance role
- Track record of managing ECA transactions
- Experience working in a high performing, geographically distributed team
- Project management capability
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop relationship management proficiencies with internal & external stakeholders
- Leadership skills by acting as a go-to person for certain aspects of deal management
- High degree of professionalism
Desired Qualifications
- Understanding of corporate financing
- Understanding of project financing
- Understanding of different sector-specific financing structures (e.g. shipping, aviation, etc) through proven professional experience
- Understanding of J.P. Morgan's internal processes (e.g. credit, environmental, compliance, etc)
- Additional language skills
- Proficiency in Turkish
- Proficiency in Arabic
- Proficiency in Korean
