Job Summary
Expo (Expediter) role in a fast-paced Taiwanese restaurant, acting as the bridge between kitchen and front-of-house to ensure accurate, visually appealing, and timely order delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating between FOH and BOH, verifying presentation and temperature, communicating special requests/dietary needs, prioritizing tickets, garnishing and inspecting plates, maintaining expo area cleanliness, assisting with takeout packing, and performing opening, mid, and closing duties while supporting the team during peak hours. Requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, ability to multitask in high-volume settings, and ability to stand for extended periods with lifting up to 30 lbs. A valid food handler’s permit is required or willing to obtain one. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced food service environment preferred
- Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid food handler’s permit

- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house teams
