Job Summary
As Expo, you ensure food quality and presentation, communicating food quality across stations and guiding timing so that hot foods stay hot and cold foods stay cold. You act as the main point of contact for FOH team members, coordinate with each station to align plate timing, and help redirect staffing as needed to balance line performance. You maintain sanitation standards and organize the kitchen area, ensuring orders reach guests within target ticket times. Your role requires coordination with line cooks and FOH leadership to keep service smooth, professional, and consistent, delivering memorably great dining experiences. Key skills include attention to detail, teamwork, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, basic food handling knowledge, and strong communication.
