Job Summary
Ensure all plated food is accurate, presents perfectly, and maintains outstanding quality before sending it to the guest. Utilize knives, slicing equipment, and other food preparation tools while standing and exerting well-paced mobility for periods up to 10 hours. Lift loads ranging from 25 to 70 pounds. Maintain excellent communication skills within our team-oriented, fast-paced environment. This role is part of Taco Mac's culinary team, where presentation and precision are paramount for every dish served.
