Job Summary
Deliver food and beverages to guests, clear and clean tables, floors, and service areas, and complete side work tasks. Maintain an organized work environment while consistently providing warm, genuine, and engaging customer service to all guests. This fast-paced, high-volume role requires standing and walking for up to 10 hours daily, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working flexible shifts including weekends and holidays. Candidates must execute under pressure and communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location. If running drinks, you must be of legal age to serve alcohol and certified in responsible alcohol service. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent) preferred
- High energy and stamina
- Able to work within a fast-paced, highly mobile environment
- Able to stand and walk for up to 10 hours per day
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Able to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
- Able to perform essential functions and demonstrate competencies to company standards with reasonable accommodation
- Able to communicate effectively in the primary language of the work location
- If running drinks, must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- If running drinks, must be certified in (or able to become certified in) responsible alcohol service in accordance with state or local laws
Desired Qualifications
- At least a year's experience at executing under pressure in a high-volume, full service environment
