Job Summary
Expo/Food Runner responsibilities include: Tray food from the expo line to dining areas using proper tray techniques; communicate specials and promotions to Guests and Team Members; complete assigned tasks such as rolling silverware, maintaining clean work stations, and assisting in the bar area with glassware; follow sanitation standards, handle garbage operations, and perform light cleaning. The role requires teamwork in a fast-paced restaurant, ability to transport items up to 80 pounds, and flexibility to work varied hours including some holidays.
