Job Summary
On-site Senior Controller partnering with CFO to lead GAAP-based financial close (monthly/quarterly/year-end), insightful reporting beyond P&L/balance sheet, budgeting/forecasting, and audits/compliance. Oversees India-based shared services governance, transactional processing (AP/AR/JE), and reconciliations; drives process automation, inventory costing, and cost accounting for a manufacturing and distribution footprint; provides actionable financial insights to Operations and Sales, ensures governance and internal controls, and collaborates across time zones to support strategic planning and scalable growth.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- inventory cycle counts and variance analysis
- advanced Excel proficiency
- ERP system experience (NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP)
