Job Summary
Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and technologies to shape the future of banking. Translate research insights into exploration themes, concepts, and opportunities. Develop and drive innovation explorations from initial ideas through prototyping, validation, and pilot initiatives. Collaborate with business units, product teams, and technology specialists to evaluate feasibility and implementation. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in product innovation, product development, service design, concept development, or a similar field
- Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and identify meaningful insights
- Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders across business and technology domains
- Ability to move comfortably between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Curiosity about how technology, customer behavior, financial services, and business models are evolving
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to make complex ideas simple and understandable
- A proactive mindset and the drive to turn opportunities into action
- Fluency in Estonian and English
Desired Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
