Job Summary
Exploitation Specialist/Imagery Scientist (SAR) role focusing on SAR imagery exploitation and ML-enabled analysis to support DoD IC missions; requires 6+ years as SAR expert, TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly in future, and strong geospatial/imaging capabilities to curate imagery, assess geometry impacts on phenomenology, and develop ML-based evaluation data; primary location Springfield, VA with secondary in St. Louis, MO.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar imagery analytical products and conducting multi-INT analysis
- Experience SAR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata describing impacts of geometry on phenomenology
- Exhibit experience exploiting SAR to determine the occurrence and location of objects of interest
- Experience working with or developing Machine Learning algorithms for exploiting overhead imagery and/or motion imagery products
- Experience communicating with a variety of technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of SAR imagery products, methodologies, procedures, and algorithms to enhance analysis
