Job Summary
Manage complex incident cases and escalations to ensure effective critical incident resolution. Control and optimize daily batch jobs for operational efficiency and reliability. Maintain scheduling chains for applications, interfaces, and file transfers while scripting and automating processes to improve practices. Document technical references regularly and provide technical support for offshore teams and European centers of excellence. Handle escalations to guarantee rapid incident resolution. Requires 3+ years in IT, mastery of Unix/Linux/Windows, and strong French/English communication skills. Hybrid schedule (3 days remote) with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Maîtrise des systèmes Unix, Linux et Windows
- Compétences avancées en scripting (Shell, Powershell)

- Outils de monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Splunk, Servicenow)
