Job Summary
Exploitation Analyst role supporting DoD IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD and multiple secondary locations. You will apply deep understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans, work with government, military, and contractor personnel to align IC needs with mission relevance, form hypotheses and select analysis techniques, query/merge/enrich/evaluate data, and distill and share findings—including any new tradecraft—across teams and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security)
- 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an Associate degree
- Relevant experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis (including engineering hardware/software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, or network/systems administration)
- Completion of military training such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may count toward experience
- Recent ILR scores may be required to substantiate language proficiency
- Entry level: Associate's degree + 4 years or Bachelor's degree + 2 years; Higher levels: up to Associate + 13 years, Bachelor's + 11 years, or Master's + 9 years
