Job Summary
CAE NVH Engineer with 3-10 years of experience sought to develop and validate finite element NVH models for vehicle and component systems. Responsibilities include building FE models in ANSA, performing modal, FRF, vibration, and durability analyses using Abaqus and Nastran, conducting NVH studies (Modal Analysis, FRF, TPA, acoustic and vibration analysis, dynamic stiffness evaluation), correlating CAE results with test data, recommending design improvements, preparing technical reports, and supporting optimization with cross-functional teams in an automotive environment. Requires strong expertise in ANSA, Abaqus, Nastran, structural dynamics, NVH fundamentals, modal and harmonic analyses, and ability to interpret and present simulation findings to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in CAE NVH
- Hands-on experience with ANSA, Abaqus, and Nastran
- Strong knowledge of structural dynamics and NVH fundamentals
- Experience in automotive CAE simulations
- Ability to correlate simulation with test data and present findings
