Provide technical support to customers in the United Kingdom market, both on-site and remotely. Conduct internal training sessions to pass knowledge to the team and manage communication channels for incident management and installation follow-up. Detect and report new incidents through defined company channels while participating in industry trade fairs to support ATS self-sufficiency. Assist the Technical team in Spain during peak work seasons, perform on-site visits for correct diagnosis, and collaborate with the training department to prepare content and organize webinars. Monitor the quality of service for the ATS network, conduct audits with ATS, and report product incidents or malfunctions for root cause investigation. Collaborate with R&D teams to report incidents and drive product improvements. Requires a Category B driving licence, availability for domestic and international travel, and English and French language skills.
