Job Summary
Process consultant to analyze, design, and implement divisional business requirements within SAP environments (primarily SAP SD/OTC on S/4HANA). Responsibilities include gathering requirements, executing SAP configuration changes as part of change management, documenting processes and system updates, performing functional testing, supporting user acceptance testing (UAT), and developing and delivering user training. Also responsible for maintaining SAP documentation, preparing status reports and management briefings, and providing first-, second-, and third-level SAP support. Occasional travel may be required. Fluent Spanish and English are required.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of SAP Analyst experience in Order to Cash processes with S/4HANA SD module expertise
- Proven track record of successful SAP implementations and rollout execution
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional work experience
- Demonstrated experience leading mid-size projects
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English (B2 level minimum)
- Desirable: expertise in EDI, SCM, or SAP PP modules and SAP training certifications
