Job Summary
Lead and manage multiple teams delivering financial risk services to ING entities, including market and credit risk reporting, analytical dashboards, limits and exposure management, and asset-liability management. Serve as point of contact for audits, control testing, and regulatory audits; drive strategic priorities to improve scalability, efficiency and value; transform services to generate savings; create high-performing teams, remove impediments, and manage issues/escalations; ensure risk & control compliance across the circle; foster stakeholder relationships and motivate employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years work experience in financial industry; 3+ years work experience as a people manager in a global operations and in a service delivery organization, and with experience in handling at least 15-20 people
- 2+ years experience in managing a large team with diverse backgrounds is preferred
- Fluent in written and spoken English
