Job Summary
Conduct environmental and ecological construction supervision for infrastructure and building projects, including power lines, roadways, railways, and renewable energy initiatives. Monitor construction execution to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and develop landscape management implementation plans for compensation measures. Provide client consultation and advisory services regarding environmental and landscape planning topics. Requires a degree in landscape or environmental planning, knowledge of nature conservation and environmental law, and multiple years of experience in construction supervision. Fluency in German and English, proficiency in GIS tools, and a Class B driver's license are essential. Located across Germany with a preference for Hamburg, Hannover, Darmstadt, Frankfurt, or Karlsruhe.
Required Qualifications
- Studienabschluss im Bereich Landschafts-/Umweltplanung bzw. natur- oder geographischen / geoökologischen, forstwirtschaftlichen, agrarwirtschaftlichen Studienabschluss oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Kenntnisse des Naturschutz- und Umweltrechts
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umweltbaubegleitung / Ökologischen Baubegleitung
- Zielorientiertes und selbständiges Arbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit
- Kommunikationsstärke
- Sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Behörden
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
- Führerschein Klasse B
