Job Summary
Prepare, clean, and analyze corporate data within the ERP system to support decision-making through dashboards, reports, and visualizations. Develop ad-hoc analyses, maintain system interfaces with external partners, and ensure data quality while advancing the reporting infrastructure. Guide projects for developing and implementing AI and machine learning models. This role requires strong SQL skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and fluency in German (C1 level), with a preference for candidates from the retail or food industry. Flexible working hours and ongoing training opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit analytischem Bezug (z.B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Mathematik, Statistik o.Ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit facheinschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SQL und in der Strukturierung von Datenbankabfragen
- Sicherer Umgang mit Excel auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau sowie Erfahrung mit gängigen Reporting- und Visualisierungstools (z. B. Power BI, Tableau)
- Teamplayer-Mentalität mit hoher Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtem Servicegedanken in der Rolle als interner Dienstleister und Berater für alle Fachabteilungen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau)
