Job Summary
Piloter l'évolution du prix par colis sur les factures mensuelles et garantir les objectifs de rentabilité tout en contrôlant rigoureusement les poids et les taxes. Conseiller les clients sur les meilleures offres de transport, améliorer les conditions existantes et accompagner l'intégration des nouveaux comptes via le paramétrage des comptes. Mener les checkpoints réguliers avec les transporteurs partenaires, répondre aux sollicitations douanières et agir comme conseiller privilégié sur la réglementation Import/Export et la gestion des matières dangereuses. Based in Démouville, this full-time role reports directly to the Commercial Director with a salary range of 30,000€ to 40,000€ brut annuel plus a 50% covered mutual aid plan. Fluency in English is required, along with advanced Excel and BI skills for tracking data and KPIs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience at a carrier, e-commerce company, or industrial company on a function centered on the pilotage of transport operations
- English fluency or bilingualism to exchange fluidly with international clients and providers
- Mastery of parcel flows and freight/messagerie, as well as associated regulations (customs, ADR norms, transport law)
- Advanced level in Excel and BI tools to process large volumes of tracking data and edit precise KPIs
- Comfort with high-level interlocutors (Supply Chain Directors) and a real client posture
- Proactive and rigorous mindset, ability to challenge partners and not suffer from malfunctions
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in 'campaign transport' (management of massive flows over short periods, e.g., publishing sector)
