Expert Test Systems Engineer

Job Summary
Lead enterprise-level testing across NSG/ASG and Federal Agency programs, directing application, system, and integration testing in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Provide technical leadership for test and evaluation strategies, oversee DevOps-based testing pipelines, automated test frameworks, and regression testing. Guide senior, mid, and junior engineers; coordinate testing across System of Systems/SOA environments; ensure traceability between test cases, requirements, and architecture; advise government stakeholders on system readiness and risk areas; support continuous testing and delivery within DevOps pipelines; ensure mission readiness of GEOINT systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, MIS, or related STEM field or equivalent experience
- Expert-level systems integration experience in cloud/hybrid/on-premises environments
- 12+ years of government/industry program experience in systems integration/testing/engineering
- Experience with test management and defect tracking tools
- Experience with Agile, DevOps, and traditional development/testing methodologies
- Software Development Frameworks knowledge
- IC/DoD program/project experience
- Experience developing and executing enterprise test strategy
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM field.
- Experience with JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee, GitHub/GitLab.
- Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash, SQL, XML, JSON, and Curl.
- Experience with AWS and C2S environments.
- Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, and languages.
- Experience supporting NSG/ASG or NGA program environments.
- Experience with automated test framework development and performance testing strategies.
- Experience supporting enterprise DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.
