Job Summary
Conduct annual strategy workshops with JazzCash employees to develop the complete annual strategy for the Digital Financial Services Business. Lead strategic projects involving market assessments, macro-economic trend analysis, and expansion opportunities across Pakistan and internationally. Manage strategic partnerships with key industry players and investors while facilitating discussions on new licensing regimes and innovative use-cases. Liaise with Group queries and collaborate with research entities to provide insights on the evolving Fintech landscape. Submit periodic strategy reviews and recommendations for business improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years' work experience in the field of strategy / commercial / preferably within Fintech
- Growth mindset
- Management consultants strongly encouraged to apply
- Presentation and PowerPoint skills
- MBA / Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university / ACCA
- Self-driven and intellectually curious individual able to carry out impactful discussions with senior stakeholders influencing strategic priorities
- Analytical thinking and reasoning
- Report writing, Basic / Intermediate Excel, communication and negotiation skills
