Job Summary
Stamps Expert for the Benelux region, responsible for curating high-quality stamp auctions and weekly lot selections. Evaluate submitted stamp lots, assess quality, provide estimated values, maintain fair transactions, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to attract sellers and increase bidder engagement. Requires deep stamps knowledge, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, autonomous decision-making, English proficiency, and experience across Sales/Marketing/Project Management. 100% remote role based in the Netherlands or Belgium.
Required Qualifications
- Strong passion and proven expertise in Stamps
- Solid knowledge of the stamps market in the Netherlands or Belgium; knowledge of both markets is a plus
- Excellent commercial skills, with experience in negotiation and relationship building
- Ability to work autonomously and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams
- Good command of English, written and spoken
- Business experience in Sales, Marketing, Project Management, or as a Stamps Dealer is a plus
