Job Summary
Expert Solutions Consultant with deep mobile and messaging expertise (RCS, WhatsApp, SMS/MMS, push, in-app) to lead pre-sales activities for Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform. Responsible for discovery sessions, executive briefs, product demonstrations, and workshops; build customized demo narratives linking mobile messaging options to customer use cases; partner with the SC team to position mobile capabilities in enterprise engagements; may support RFPs and contribute to field readiness materials. Requires senior-level experience in solution consulting or closely related roles, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact pre-sales engagements and strong cross-functional collaboration. Focus areas include mobile engagement strategy, compliance governance (TCPA, GDPR), and industry-specific use cases; expected to contribute to messaging libraries, playbooks, and journey orchestration examples to enable field teams. Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, or a closely related technical customer-facing role
- Deep practitioner-level expertise in business messaging: RCS, WhatsApp Business API, SMS/MMS, mobile push, and in-app messaging
- Experience delivering executive-level technical pre-sales engagements including discovery, demos, workshops, and solution design discussions in complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills across business, technical, and strategic audiences
- Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio of engagements, documentation, and enablement in a fast-moving environment
