Job Summary
Formulate requirement documents and translate ideas into reality by managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to feature rollouts for JazzCash products. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, integrating usability studies and market analysis into product requirements. Conduct SIT and UAT cycles, define success metrics, and implement Branchless Banking Platform configurations while collaborating with product, architecture, and development teams.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Product Management
- Advance communication/ negotiation skills for managing cross-functional projects
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
- Team player
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, change management, quality assurance and testing of products
- Process development and implementation for each product
- Learn and implement Branchless Banking Platform configurations
- Conducting SIT's and UAT cycles for internal / external stake holders
