EXPERT SERVICE CLIENT in-store role focused on transforming each customer visit into a seamless, personalized experience from arrival to after-sales. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, optimizing product availability and checkout flow, listening to needs, proposing comprehensive solutions (financing, loyalty, accessories, and services), diagnosing needs, ensuring after-sales support, and maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach to resolve issues. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer service in retail, strong interpersonal skills, the ability to fluidly guide the customer journey, and a mindset of learning and growth within a collaborative store environment; a steady, proactive attitude and the capacity to build lasting customer relationships are valued.
