Job Summary
Expert Sales Trainer at GSK Japan leads design and execution of training to enhance Selling Skill and product knowledge for hepatology-focused MR teams, analyzes sales skills gaps, creates improvement initiatives (annual output assessments twice yearly), trains new hires and internal transfers, and conducts annual knowledge checks to ensure knowledge retention, while coordinating with stakeholders to elevate the sales organization. The role supports hybrid work with two remote days per week and is based in Tokyo (Akasaka), Japan.
Required Qualifications
- Basic Qualification
- Sales training experience
- Analytical ability to identify training needs for sales challenges
- Planning and execution capability for training programs
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to deliver practical, easy-to-understand training
- Team management and facilitation skills to lead training with stakeholders
