Job Summary
Expert Sales Executive will lead scientific promotion to Healthcare Professionals to drive prescriptions for Haleon brands. Responsibilities include providing latest scientific information on products and disease conditions, tailoring approaches to meet HCP needs, analyzing territory performance, managing inventory and reporting, collaborating with GT and regional teams, and addressing HCP queries with adherence to compliance protocols. Required to build proactive relationships, collaborate cross-functionally, and continuously learn to advance Haleon’s hybrid-work model and diverse portfolio (e.g., Sensodyne, Crocin, Advil, Voltaren, Centrum).
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Science or Commerce (B.Pharm/B.Sc/M.Pharm/MSc)
- 2-7 years of experience in Pharma or FMCG
- Proactive, engaging sales approach and ability to build relationships
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Open mindset to learn and grow, driving Haleon forward
- Knowledge of healthcare brands and ability to provide scientific information to HCPs
- Experience in analyzing territory performance and inventory management
