Expert Production Technology [Process Owner]

Owns and drives production technology processes within the facility, implementing the LEONI Operating System and establishing parameters for production equipment during product changes and new introductions. Documents local work instructions for machine operation, coaches the Production Maintenance team on equipment maintenance, and supports downtime reduction by solving critical equipment issues and recording lessons learned. Coordinates equipment order and commissioning with other departments, drives improvements in setup time, scrap, and rework, provides input for maintenance plans, and manages equipment life-cycle including spare parts stock levels and Finished Goods booking in the system. Requires a University Degree, 3+ years in Production Technology or similar, and fluent English. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, change management, and a results-oriented, self-organizing mindset.
