Expert Plant Readiness

Conduct maturity assessments of industrialization or de-industrialization projects at plant level and prepare organizations to take over product volumes from closing sister plants. Ensure production transfer plans are executable while aligning with timelines, milestones, and budget constraints. Develop innovative solutions to improve bottom-line results by enhancing Plant Readiness structures and service capabilities. Partner with plant leadership to assess readiness, identify risks, and implement sustainable improvement initiatives. Take charge of operational management in urgent or critical organizational situations and resolve customer complaints using data-driven analysis. Requires a university degree, minimum five years in the automotive industry, C1 English, and experience in production transfers and manufacturing transformation.
