Job Summary
Deliver client engagements and manage teams while advising at the highest strategic level on how technology enables business outcomes. Build a reputation as a recognized thought leader in security domains including IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, and DevSecOps by developing repeatable practice area collateral and contributing to asset-based methodologies. Drive client solutioning in sales pursuits, formulate value propositions, and package Security Transformation solutions to achieve individual and practice financial objectives. Lead and mentor associates to build a scaled capability, develop training content, and establish clear performance metrics in partnership with Industry and Region Leads.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrable deep expertise and practical design experience in at least one or more of the following security domains: IAM, SOC, Cloud Security, DevSecOps, Network Security
- Ability to build relationships and influence C suite stakeholders in a Strategy Consulting context
- Subject Matter expertise in Security with a deep understanding of its usage, in enterprise & government contexts, and knowledge of technology market and applicable regulations
- Comfortable in designing future state architectures, developing financial models for those architectures and conduct detailed options analysis to support business cases
- Strong business and financial acumen as well as analytical skills
- Track record in achieving / exceeding revenue targets
- Previous experience working with public sector clients
- Familiarity with architecture best practice and frameworks such as TOGAF, SABSA, etc.
