Job Summary
Conduct daily store visits across the Normandie region to advise sales representatives on commercial concept implementation and revenue growth. Plan itineraries with operational counterparts and propose layout optimizations for textile, food, and general merchandise poles. Monitor daily economic indicators and social dashboards to drive margin development and sales performance. Train staff on legal compliance regarding cash handling, pricing displays, and ticketing regulations. Facilitate workshops on company management, organize webinars for interim business reviews, and deliver regular activity reports to senior advisors. Maintain updated dashboards to ensure data reliability for the regional consultant.
