Expert, Marketing & Brand (Techcom Insurance)

Expert, Marketing & Brand is responsible for designing, executing, and managing end-to-end marketing, communication, and branding initiatives to drive business performance, enhance brand awareness, and elevate customer experience. This role ensures strategic alignment across business objectives, marketing priorities, and brand positioning, while maintaining consistency and quality across all brand touchpoints in the market. Key accountabilities include developing multi-channel marketing plans for customer acquisition, retention, and value enhancement; managing budgets, KPIs, and cross-functional communications; driving loyalty programs and personalized value propositions; creating content across channels (email, SMS, push notifications, social media, landing pages); evaluating content performance and ensuring compliance with brand voice and regulatory requirements; and collaborating with internal teams and external partners to deliver campaigns, events, and PR activities. Requires at least 8 years of experience in insurance/banking/marketing, a university degree in a related field, and English proficiency (TOEIC 650 or equivalent).
