Expert-Level SIGINT Analyst

Job Summary
Research, develop, and present operational-level intelligence products for senior leaders, including CT, GEOINT, HUMINT, and SIGINT analysis to support targeting efforts. Produce intelligence assessments for deployed SOF Task Forces while coordinating collection, dissemination, and precision geo-location activities with internal and external SIGINT partners. Maintain global readiness for no-notice deployment to hazardous duty zones, requiring Top-Secret clearance, SCI eligibility, and a valid US passport. This role supports Legion Systems' mission to enable the F3EAD targeting cycle through advanced network targeting skills and proficiency with NSA and DNI analytical databases.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of eight (8) years analytical experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies
- five (5) years at the operational level
- proficient in utilizing basic computer applications and established SIGINT related databases
- strong briefing skills
- high level of proficiency with National Security Agency (NSA) and other SIGINT analytical databases covering both Dial Network Recognition (DNR) and Digital Network Intelligence (DNI) related technologies
- Strong background and firsthand experience in SIGINT analysis, SIGINT systems, tools and databases, reporting and collection management
- Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence
- Current or previous NSAnet access
- Current Top-Secret clearance and SCI eligible
- valid US passport
- ability to pass all pre-deployment requirements including a medical, dental, psychological, background, credit, and security screens
- ability to obtain all required immunizations deemed necessary by the contract
- advanced targeting skills
- firsthand experience targeting networks, individuals within networks, and identifying vulnerabilities for exploitation
- deep understanding of the F3EAD targeting cycle
- knowledge of the current data, tools, and techniques used for each phase of targeting
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- proficiency using current analytic tools, databases and Intelligence and operational systems
- advanced SIGINT knowledge
- ability to identify and or confirm individuals, organizations, facilities, locations, trends, or patterns of interest associated with a high value target or network of interest in a collaborative environment
- ability to coordinate SIGINT procedures with internal and external SIGINT activities to ensure the collection, dissemination, and/or precision geo-location activities adhere to guidance and appropriate directives
- demonstrate a working knowledge of the most current SIGINT systems, databases and software tools
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Acute knowledge of SOF and or CT/counter proliferation intelligence experience is highly desirable
