Job Summary
Definition of test strategies and leadership/management of all test activities in complex, international programs and projects related to software development; lateral leadership and coaching of other test managers/resources; regular exchange with program/project managers, status reporting, and escalation management; support in developing global test management processes/tools, including AI-based use cases, central test data management, and CI/test automation; independent assumption of work packages or projects on internal test approaches; enabling other teams through training (online and in-person).
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business informatics/business administration or a comparable field
- At least four years of professional experience in successfully conducting and managing test management in classical or agile projects and/or products in software development
- Extensive experience in managing and developing test management processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jira/Confluence, SAP Solution Manager) – also concerning test automation (Tricentis Tosca or comparable solutions)
- Strong affinity for AI in testing, identifying potential, developing use cases, and implementing them within the organization
- Enjoys imparting test management know-how in training and mentoring
- Strong negotiation skills and confident communication with stakeholders
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
