Job Summary
Design and drive enterprise-wide integration architecture using IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12) and optimize messaging solutions based on IBM MQ. Develop advanced automation solutions and operational tooling using Python while enforcing CI/CD best practices with GitHub and Jenkins. Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting complex integration issues and ensure platforms meet performance, security, and reliability standards. Mentor engineers and support knowledge-sharing initiatives across international teams. This role requires expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker, strong SQL skills for DB2, and business-fluent English. Salary ranges from 170 to 210 PLN/H. Occasional business travel to Germany is required.
Required Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of IBM Message Broker / IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE12)
- Strong experience with IBM MQ
- Advanced experience with GitHub and Jenkins
- Strong Python scripting skills
- Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments
- Strong SQL knowledge, particularly DB2
- Experience designing enterprise integration architectures
- Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers
- Business-fluent English
- Availability for occasional business travel to Germany
