Job Summary
Lead instrumentation and control engineering activities for the Expert Instrumentation Project, ensuring the design, installation, integration, and commissioning of control systems for safe and reliable plant operations. Responsibilities include overseeing the control scope for the paper project, reviewing control system architecture, directing installation and commissioning activities, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The role requires strong expertise in DCS/PLC systems and significant experience in industrial projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Control Engineering
- Minimum 10–15 years of experience in industrial projects (pulp & paper preferred)
- Proven experience in commissioning and start-up of large-scale plants
Desired Qualifications
- Strong expertise in DCS/PLC systems, field instrumentation, and process control
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills
