Job Summary
Conduct legal processing of contradictory procedures to ensure compliance with national and European procurement norms for grant contract awards. Analyze complex legal questions, develop strategic solutions, and advise administrative authorities on legal consequences and options. Draft precise statements within hearing and objection procedures, documenting positions that reflect statutory requirements and practical implications. Monitor audit findings, track legislative changes and case law, and prepare legal support for fundamental procurement issues. Maintain the internal knowledge database by identifying and curating best-practice examples and legal updates.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium
- Berufserfahrung in der juristischen Bearbeitung von Vergabethemen
- Umfangreiche Kenntnisse des Vergaberechts und des Haushaltsrechts
- Erste Erfahrungen mit Zuwendungsrecht
- Außertarifliche Vergütung (AT1) / Einstiegsgehalt 83.400,00 EUR/Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Vergaberecht
- Freude daran, sich mit dem komplexen und schnelllebigen nationalen und europäischen Vergaberecht auseinanderzusetzen
