Job Summary
Conduct strategic HR business partnership with US Business Heads to align talent with business strategy and achieve objectives. Lead organizational development by defining new structures and systems, while providing thought leadership for change management through communications and team effectiveness interventions. Manage talent acquisition, development, and movement by executing succession planning and leadership initiatives. Coach leaders on people management and organizational issues, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance across all locations. Handle employee relations issues, facilitate training sessions, and ensure effective onboarding of new employees. Partner with Centers of Expertise to deliver support for effective business partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- foundation of technical knowledge in key HR disciplines
- Experience of operating in a complex matrix environment
- Knowledge and understanding of US employment law
- Strengths in the area of written and verbal communication
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
