Job Summary
Conduct hands-on project planning and share expertise with entrepreneurs in hospitality and tourism to support their sustainable business development. Deliver two weeks of on-site support or remote collaboration via Microsoft Teams, matching with up to three projects annually. Leave a lasting social, environmental, and economic impact on communities while expanding your professional network through sector days. Operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse settings, translating knowledge into practical plans for SMEs worldwide.
Required Qualifications
- relevant experience in Hospitality and Tourism
- expertise with: hotels
- expertise with: restaurants
- expertise with: catering (kitchen-chef for hotels, restaurants and catering)
- expertise with: tourism
- expertise with: recreational services
- expertise with: education
- authentic, resilient, humble and dynamic professional
- appreciate cultural differences and interact with equality and respect
- eager to operate as a sparring partner in culturally diverse and changing circumstances
- hands-on and can translate knowledge into a practical plan
- excellent command of the English language, both verbally and in writing
- comfortable with digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365
- reside in the Netherlands
- registered in the Municipal Personal Records Database (BRP)
- have Dutch basic health insurance
- complete Prescreening (VOG)
