Job Summary
Rekey, clean, test, and troubleshoot gaming machines, build classic arcade cabinets, and program equipment to ensure optimal performance and revenue. Organize warehouse inventory, prepare stock for deployment, and perform quality control checks on all gear before installation. Train junior technicians on best practices, provide ongoing mentorship, and safely operate box trucks to support successful installs. Maintain tools and vehicles in clean, working condition while documenting inventory usage per company policy. Requires forklift certification, valid Texas driver's license, and ability to lift 20–30 lbs with regular overnight travel.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 20–30 lbs (and occasionally more with assistance)
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Forklift certification
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Must maintain a clean driving record
- Must comply with all company safety and travel policies
- Must be able to travel, including overnight stays
- Must be able to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
