Job Summary
Internal Control & Process Improvement Specialist to strengthen the Finance internal control framework, drive process improvements across financial operations, monitor control effectiveness, and collaborate with the ERP team to optimize IT systems (notably Dynamics 365) and AuditBoard. Requires 5+ years in Finance/Auditing/Consulting, strong project management, and excellent cross-functional communication in an international environment. Knowledge of AI is an advantage. Location-based hybrid work in Mönchengladbach (NRW, Germany).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance, Auditing or Consulting
- Experience with internal controls in Finance
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 and AuditBoard
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
