Job Summary
Prepare and manage data analytics on operational metrics, analyze financial and operational results to understand company performance, and run forecasts, monthly outlooks, and annual budget plans. Communicate results and recommendations to senior management to steer forecast improvements while providing insights on financial modeling, profitability, and client, geographic, and revenue/pricing success. Identify, design, and implement automated workflows for repetitive reporting tasks to reduce manual effort and increase accuracy. Leverage modern AI tools and advanced analytics to enhance predictive modeling and improve governance cycle speed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or MBA Finance
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial analysis, dash boarding, and data analysis
- Advance Excel, PowerPoint and Reporting
- Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to innovatively communicate complex information
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to make improvements in processes
- Ability to multi-task and be a self-starter
- Comfortable in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment
- Prior experience on working with essbase is a must
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Randstad operations and systems (Google Suite, Excel, Essbase) is an asset
- Forward-thinking and curious about emerging technologies
- Comfortable exploring and adopting generative AI, automated scripting (e.g., macros, Power Automate), or advanced BI tools to drive departmental efficiency
