Job Summary
Execute field service activities at customer sites, performing proactive system troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical issues on water technology equipment. Transport materials and equipment safely using a DOT-regulated vehicle, anticipating and correcting safety hazards for both company and customer-owned assets. Directly interface with customers to resolve technical challenges and address system failures in industrial, commercial, or residential water sectors. Maintain a clean driving record and hold required clearances including TWIC and DISA.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain all required customer clearances (TWIC, DISA, etc)
- Ability to obtain DOT Medical card
- Clean driving record
- Capable of obtaining a CDL, class A or B with applicable endorsements
- May have industry specific license(s)
- 2 to 5 years of technical work experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
