Job Summary
Guarantee regulatory compliance for payroll and time management by translating collective agreements into rules, controlling DSN declarations, and managing high-volume ADP integrations. Translate agreements into rules, control the editor's output, and lead annual projects for company creation and parameter changes. Secure time tracking configurations and maintain a stable, automated SIRH environment while mentoring fifty colleagues on complex systems. This role serves as the functional expert for a French subsidiary of an international group, focusing on two distinct domains: payroll and time management. You will work directly with internal stakeholders and external editors without a management team, leveraging deep technical knowledge to drive precision and automation.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in payroll and SIRH
- Significant portion of that experience in expertise
- Responsibility for the regulatory compliance of a complex payroll in an end-user company
- Personal execution of DSN and complex maintenance without delegation to a provider
- Time management as part of their domain (parameterization, counters, agreement breakdown)
- Ability to transform a company agreement into parameterization
- Ability to discuss text with labor relations before writing specifications
- Knowledge of ADP or equivalent responsibility on another high-volume SIRH
- English at level B2
- Ability to seek information rather than wait for it
- Ability to follow up on subjects until the end
- Ability to gain adherence through pedagogy rather than power dynamics
- Ability to say 'I don't know'
